Paul’s practice focuses on matters related to business structuring and planning, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, real estate investment and development, lending/financing, contracts, and a variety of other transactional matters across a range of industries.
Legal career
Paul began his legal career with a large international law firm working on real estate and energy-related transactions, including major, industry-shaping mergers/acquisitions, and also has experience as an executive and general counsel in the private industry.
Before law school.
Before law school, Paul was a senior auditor in Southern California with a Big 4 accounting firm and earned a CPA license, though he is no longer practicing, or licensed, as a CPA.
