Bill is a partner and founder of Kimball Anderson focusing on litigation and related transactional matters. He assists both individual and corporate clients with a wide range of legal issues.

Private practice roots

Bill is a founding partner at Kimball Anderson. Bill helped to start the Firm after working in a private practice and working as CLO for a national company. He assists his clients in both litigation and transactional matters as needed. He assists individual clients, as well as corporate clients with their legal issues.

Variety of matters

He handles a wide variety of matters including commercial litigation, family law, business transactions and disputes, real estate transactions and litigation & employment issues. As a partner at a full-service firm, Bill believes in having a practiced that can cover every aspect of a client’s legal matter.

Prevent disputes

Bill believes that the purpose of lawyers is to prevent disputes between parties through concise agreements and to facilitate the resolution of disputes either through aggressive litigation or creative settlements. He is experienced in arbitration, mediation, and other forms of legal settlement.
